Sergio Vega Lozano
Degree in Food Science and Master’s in Agri-food from UCO. With over 10 years in meat sector R&D, he is currently Director of Innovation and Sustainability at Prolongo-FACCSA, a Málaga-based company with a 200-year legacy. He leads the firm’s technological transformation through national and EU projects, integrating AI, advanced robotics, and computer vision to achieve excellence in food safety and quality control within the framework of Industry 4.0.
